The Executive Agency for the Promotion of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (BSMEPA) invites Bulgarian manufacturers and enterprises from the perfumery, cosmetics and essential oils sector to participate as exhibitors at the national stand during the prestigious international exhibition COSMOPROF HONG KONG 2026. The large-scale forum will be held in the period from November 11 to 13, 2026. in Hong Kong, People's Republic of China.

COSMOPROF HONG KONG is one of the largest and most established exhibitions for the cosmetics industry not only in the Asia-Pacific region, but also worldwide. The event has become a key platform for presenting innovative products, new technologies and global trends, as well as for conducting direct B2B meetings between manufacturers, distributors and traders. The national participation organized by BSMEPA provides an exceptional opportunity for Bulgarian companies to enter the dynamically developing Asian markets and find new international partners.

Financial conditions and support for enterprises

The participation of Bulgarian small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) is organized and financed under Project No. BG16RFPR001-1.013-0001 "Implementation of measures for the internationalization of Bulgarian SMEs by supporting the activities of BSMESP - Phase 2", funded by the Program "Competitiveness and Innovation in Enterprises" 2021-2027.

Within the framework of project funding, the Agency fully or partially covers the following main costs:

• Rental of exhibition space, design, construction and equipment of the national stand;
• Registration and media fees, as well as national stand identification;
• Exhibitor passes and service supplies during the forum.

The funding is covered by 100% by BSMEPA for enterprises participating for the first time in promotional events under the current project, which started on November 12, 2025. For companies that have already benefited from support under the same project, co-financing of 30% of the costs incurred is required. Approved participants should independently cover the costs of shipping and insurance of the exhibits, as well as the travel expenses (travel, daily allowance and accommodation) for their representatives.

Requirements and how to apply

Eligible for participation are micro, small and medium-sized enterprises from all over the country, registered under the SME Act, whose economic activity code (EIC) corresponds to the sectoral focus of the exhibition - cosmetics, perfumery and essential oils.

The Ruse Chamber of Commerce and Industry actively encourages local companies in the sector to take advantage of the opportunity provided for international presentation and expansion of their market reach.

The application is made by submitting a complete set of documents no later than August 7, 2026 (Friday) until 11:59 p.m. Documents can be sent:

1. Electronically, signed with a QES, through the platform www.b2bconnect.bg or by email: office@sme.government.bg;
2. By mail, by courier or in person at the registry of the Ministry of Innovation and Growth (for BSMEPA) at the address: Sofia 1000, 12 Knyaz Alexander I Str.
