Protective Coatings Painter

TM-Technology JSC was established in 2003 and specialises in manufacturing metal structures for industry, construction, shipbuilding and other heavy engineering applications. The company operates on a site of approximately 87,000 sq. m. in the TEGRA Industrial Zone (KTM).

For its new production line, which includes blasting, degreasing, phosphating, drying and painting, the company is looking for a Protective Coatings Painter.

The workplace is located at 100 Tutrakan Blvd., Ruse. This is a permanent, full-time position.

Main responsibilities

• Perform painting, repair painting and finishing work outdoors and in enclosed premises;
• Operate specialised industrial equipment for applying protective paint and varnish coatings;
• Prepare mixtures for painting and varnishing;
• Load the equipment with the required mixtures and materials according to the applicable process sheet;
• Maintain an operating log for the equipment used;
• Follow the applicable technological requirements when applying protective coatings.

Candidate requirements

• Completed secondary education;
• At least one year of professional experience in a similar position;
• Ability to work as part of a team;
• Good communication skills;
• Ability to take responsibility;
• Willingness to acquire new knowledge and professional skills.

Knowledge of the applicable international standards and requirements for applying protective coatings, including SSPC-PA, will be considered an advantage.
