Quality Control Inspector

TM-Technology JSC was established in 2003 and specialises in manufacturing metal structures for industry, construction, shipbuilding and other heavy engineering applications. The company operates on a site of approximately 87,000 sq. m. in the TEGRA Industrial Zone (KTM).

TM-Technology JSC is looking for a Quality Control Inspector to join its production team in Ruse.

This is a permanent, full-time position. It is also suitable for motivated candidates with limited or no previous experience who possess the required technical background.

Main responsibilities

• Perform incoming, in-process and final quality inspections;
• Record the inspection results in the applicable documentation;
• Document identified non-conformities;
• Propose actions to prevent non-conformities;
• Work with measuring equipment used in mechanical engineering;
• Follow the applicable quality control procedures and standards.

Candidate requirements

• Completed technical secondary education;
• Computer literacy and ability to work with Microsoft Office;
• Knowledge and application of relevant international standards for welding and machining in the production of construction and mechanical engineering structures;
• Ability to work as part of a team;
• Good communication skills, initiative and responsibility.

The following will be considered advantages:

• Previous experience in a similar position within an ISO 9001-certified company;
• Ability to work with AutoCAD or other 3D design software;
• Non-destructive testing certificates;
• Experience with 3D measuring equipment;
• Working proficiency in English.
