Sewing Production Operator

BADER Bulgaria KD is part of the BADER Group, one of the world’s largest manufacturers of luxury automotive interiors.

In connection with the expansion of its team in Ruse, the company is looking for Sewing Production Operator for projects in the automotive industry. BADER's clients include leading manufacturers such as BMW, Audi and others.

Main responsibilities

• Produce all components in accordance with the applicable technological requirements;
• Comply with the established quality standards.

Candidate requirements

• Completed secondary education;
• Readiness to work in two shifts. At present, production is organised in one regular daytime shift;
• Ability to work as part of a team;
• A responsible approach to meeting assigned deadlines.

Previous experience as a sewing production operator will be considered an advantage but is not required.
