Metal Cutting Machine Operator – Thermal Cutting

TM-Technology JSC is looking for a laser cutting machine operator to join the company’s production team in Ruse.

The position is suitable both for candidates with practical experience and for motivated applicants without previous experience who are willing to learn and develop professionally in the field.

This is a permanent, full-time position.

Main responsibilities

• Operate a laser cutting machine for metal processing;
• Load the machine by placing material blanks on the service table using a crane;
• Set and adjust the machine’s operating parameters;
• Follow the prepared cutting and nesting plans;
• Unload finished components and scrap from the working table;
• Perform general quality checks on material blanks;
• Follow work instructions and applicable safety requirements.

Candidate requirements

• Completed secondary education;
• Technical literacy and willingness to work in a manufacturing environment;
• Responsibility and attention to detail;
• Ability to work as part of a team;
• Willingness to acquire new knowledge and professional skills.

Previous experience with CNC or laser cutting machines will be considered an advantage but is not required.
