Responsibilities of the position "Specialist, Information Technology Coordinator":

• Maintenance and administration of an access control system (ACS);
• Communication with customers – explanation of functionalities, assistance with difficulties, training on working with the software;
• System installation, licensing, migration to a new server;
• Resolving problems that arise when using the system, including those related to hardware;
• Testing new software versions, detecting and tracking bugs;
• Offering additional modules/options according to the client's needs and arguing their benefits;
• Operation and maintenance of additional company software;
• Providing technical support – remotely (by phone or via remote access);
• Timely transmission of information to other departments as needed.

Job requirements:

• Secondary or higher technical education;
• Knowledge and interest in the field of information technology;
• Very good communication skills and customer orientation;
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team;
• Good command of English (reading and writing);
• Responsibility, loyalty and desire for development.
