YUTA JSC is a Ruse-based manufacturer of nonwoven textiles and technical polyester materials. The company’s history dates back to 1929, while nonwoven textile production has been the primary focus of its operations since 1981. Today, YUTA serves customers in Bulgaria and across European markets, combining established manufacturing traditions with modern technical capabilities and the flexibility to meet specific customer requirements.

The company’s product portfolio includes adhesive-bonded and thermally bonded polyester materials, needle-punched nonwovens, filtration media, polyester wadding and siliconized fill. These materials are used in garments (workwear, protective and winter clothing), construction and roofing systems, automotive components, furniture, bedding, toys and industrial filtration solutions. Products can be adapted in terms of weight, width, structure and composition according to the intended application.

In addition to supplying materials, YUTA provides cutting, quilting and sewing services, as well as private-label manufacturing of finished products. These capabilities allow the company to support the complete production cycle, from material selection and custom development to converted components and market-ready goods. YUTA follows a “partner, not just a vendor” approach, focusing on understanding each application, providing technical guidance and developing long-term business relationships.

The company’s quality management system is certified according to ISO 9001:2015, while its textile products are certified under OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100. Its sustainability initiatives include the integration of recycled fibres, an on-site photovoltaic plant and the recycling of a proportion of its manufacturing waste, with a stated goal of achieving zero manufacturing waste by the end of 2027.
