This idea brings together a consortium of seven European partners who are dedicated to addressing the urgent need for financial literacy among youth and young adults. By fostering innovation and collaboration, FINMAN+ aims to provide educators and young people with the tools and skills needed to succeed in the ever-evolving financial environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Our goals<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The FINMAN+ project sets itself the following main goals:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Assisting trainers<\/strong>: Providing teaching opportunities through innovative methodologies, tools and resources so they can deliver financial literacy knowledge effectively and adaptively.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Upskilling of young people<\/strong>: Providing customized training programs to help develop vital financial skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Increasing accessibility<\/strong>: Developing learning practices to bridge gaps in financial education for vulnerable groups.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Encouraging innovation<\/strong>: Creating scenario-based, project-based and digital learning approaches that make financial literacy engaging and effective.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>The challenges we want to overcome<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Financial literacy is essential in today&#039;s world, but many young people and educators lack access to effective training.
