In the first year of the project, the partners started work on creating a specialized training toolkit. It is aimed at VET organizations, companies and the students themselves, aiming to facilitate the internship process and guarantee its quality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Overcoming barriers<\/strong>. The bulletin examines key challenges facing people with hearing impairments in the labor market \u2013 from communication difficulties and limited access to materials to a lack of awareness in the work environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Digital innovation<\/strong>. Work continues on building the online platform. <strong>e-SPACE<\/strong> and <strong>Collaboration Network<\/strong>.
