For employers, this means the need for targeted investments in knowledge and practical skills that meet the specific needs of the business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this regard, the Ruse Chamber of Commerce and Industry informs employers about the opportunity to participate in project BG05SFPR002-1.031-0001 &quot;Specific Skills for the Workforce&quot;, funded by the Human Resources Development Program 2021\u20132027. The project aims to support employed persons, including the self-employed, by providing opportunities for acquiring new specific skills. The trainings are aimed at adapting the workforce to the modern requirements of employers and at improving qualifications according to the specific needs of enterprises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Within the framework of the project, employers can include in training their employees who work for pay under an employment relationship with a minimum working day of 4 hours or under a management and control contract. Persons in subsidized employment are also considered employed. Self-employed persons can also participate in specific training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The maximum amount of assistance for one employer is <strong>15,338.76 euros excluding VAT<\/strong>, including co-financing by the employer. It is permissible for one person to be included in more than one specific training, and the total cost of the training for one person cannot exceed <strong>1,278.23 euros excluding VAT<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Employers themselves select an external training organization or trainer within the maximum allowable amount of aid through direct negotiation, pursuant to Art. 50, para. 2, item 2 of the ZUSEFSU. In case the requested funding, including co-financing by the employer, falls within the scope of this provision, the Employment Agency will require evidence and a report on the conduct and compliance with a procedure for selecting a contractor with a public invitation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is not permissible for training to be conducted by employees of the employer or by the employer itself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project budget is <strong>13,293,588.91 euros<\/strong>, and its implementation is scheduled for 2027. It is expected that the activities will include a total of <strong>10,000 persons<\/strong> from the target group, with 9,500 of them to receive a qualification upon leaving the project.
