A Emphasys Interactive Solutions Ltd, Cyprus (<a href=\"https:\/\/emphasyscentre.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">https:\/\/emphasyscentre.com\/<\/a>)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>UPI \u2013 ljudska univerza Zalec, Slovenia (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.upi.si\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">https:\/\/www.upi.si<\/a>)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>COOPERATION BANCAIRE POUR L&#039;EUROPE, Belgium (<a href=\"https:\/\/cbe.be\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">https:\/\/cbe.be\/<\/a>)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>FEUZ (Fundaci\u00f3n Empresa-Universidad de Zaragoza), Spain, (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.feuz.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">www.feuz.es<\/a>)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ATLANTIS ENGINEERING AE, Greece (<a href=\"https:\/\/atlantis-engineering.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">https:\/\/atlantis-engineering.com<\/a>)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>EUROCREA MERCHANT SRL, Italy (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.eurocreamerchant.it\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">http:\/\/www.eurocreamerchant.it<\/a>)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>IDEC SA, Greece, (<a href=\"https:\/\/idec.gr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">https:\/\/idec.gr\/<\/a>)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>OUR AIM:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Our goal is to provide <strong>financial education of the people<\/strong> disadvantaged who need this knowledge most before they <strong>make important financial decisions.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>WHAT HAPPENED SO FAR?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The FINAMN training methodology was developed to provide a more in-depth and precise approach to teaching financial literacy to adults.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All partners conducted a national survey aimed at:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Review existing resources<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Involvement of relevant stakeholders and target groups (focus groups)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identification of specific training needs at national and European level.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>During this study, 8 themes were identified for the development of the learning content:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Taxes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Savings and investments<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Loans and mortgages<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Online banking<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cyber security<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pensions, Social Security and Future Planning<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Personal and business budgeting<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salary and elements of the employment contract.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Their content is based on the conclusions of the conducted focus groups, which are the basis for the preparation of the FINMAN training course.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>WHAT NEXT?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Based on the established training methodology, the partners have started the development of the training material in English, which is expected to be finalized by the end of December 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adapted versions of the training material and trainers&#039;
