The Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry<\/a> \/BTPP\/ organizes an international conference on "Arbitration in the service of business". <\/strong>During the event, topics related to arbitral competence, the independence and service nature of the arbitration clause in relation to the substantive contract, the implementation of foreign arbitral awards, as well as the practice of the Supreme Court in connection with the interpretation of the concept of "consumer" will be discussed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The conference will be attended by arbitrators from The Court of Arbitration at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry<\/a>, members of bar associations, judges and lawyers, as well as representatives of partner organizations from Poland, the Polish Chamber of Commerce and the Regional Chamber of Commerce of the city of Bialystok, Poland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The conference is suitable for representatives of business and legal circles, organizations and specialists who are directly related to the topics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this regard, we invite you to participate in the conference, which will be held on March 23, 2023 (Thursday) at 10:00 a.m. in the building of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Sofia, 9 Iskar St., floor 1, hall A. <\/strong>The event will be open online for all those who are not able to attend in person.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Participation will give you the opportunity to familiarize yourself with the possibilities of arbitration in the spheres of business, as well as to actively share your opinion, thereby contributing to the conduct of an in-depth and meaningful discussion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The working languages of the conference will be Bulgarian and Polish with simultaneous translation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
