Total Control Ltd

Total Control Ltd is a Ruse-based cargo inspection organisation with a history dating back to 1991. It was among the first private cargo inspection companies established in Bulgaria following the restructuring of the state-controlled inspection system. The company has operated under its present legal form since 1996.

Its activities cover cargo inspection, damage surveys and the certification of the condition of transport vehicles. Other areas include domestic and international freight forwarding, supervision of cargo securing aboard vessels, stevedoring services and ship agency.

In 2018, part of the specialized expert activities were separated into the independent company "„Total Cargo Inspection“". The two organizations combine their experience and resources as founders and partners in "Danube Surveyors Company" Ltd.

Through this joint structure, the companies provide quality and quantity cargo inspection, damage surveys, supervision during storage and cargo securing, cargo-space inspections, commodity and economic assessments and laboratory testing. The network covers Bulgaria’s principal Danube ports and includes representatives at the Black Sea ports.
