Milen Dobrev
Executive director
Mr. Dobrev deals with the overall operational management of RCCI, as well as with the management of national and international projects in the field of regional development and economic cooperation, entrepreneurship, professional training for business, and sustainable development.
Assists and plays an active role in shaping local policy on economic development and investment promotion. Participates in councils and commissions for local and regional institutions.

Svetoslav Minchev
Marketing expert
Mr. Svetoslav Minchev is an established professional with over 15 years of experience in the fields of conventional and digital marketing. He has worked in a variety of sectors, including information technology, telecommunications and finance, and has a deep knowledge of creating and executing successful marketing strategies.
In RCCI, Mr. Minchev plays a key role in expanding membership and strengthening partnership relations with the business community of the Ruse region. His expertise includes advising managers and members on strategic positioning, customer acquisition and marketing campaign implementation.
Mr. Minchev holds a master's degree in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from the "Angel Kanchev" University of Ruse. Additionally, he is certified in the fields of digital marketing, email marketing, and web development. He also specializes in emerging technologies, making him a valuable asset for all aspects of business innovation.
Simona Angelova
Business Development Expert
Joins the RTIK team in 2024. The main activity he deals with is business correspondence with clients, preparation of events and maintenance of business relationships.
Her professional experience includes experience in customer service and online trading for leading foreign companies.
He holds a bachelor's degree in Business Technology from the University of Sunderland, UK, as well as certificates of advanced proficiency in English.
Albena Genova
Expert BCCI in RCCI
Albena is a regional expert of the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI). She mainly deals with the issuance of certificates and other commercial documents. Assists in the registration of companies to the register of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, issuance of membership certificates, and other documents.
She holds a bachelor's degree in Applied Linguistics (in English and Slovak) and a master's degree in Translation Studies in English from Veliko Tarnovo University "St. St. Cyril and Methodius".
Ayri Memishev
Project manager
Ayri's main responsibility is to coordinate RCCI's project management team, as well as to organize the overall planning, development, and implementation of international projects.
Ayri discovered his passion for project management while earning his bachelor's degree in "European and Global Studies" at Angel Kanchev RU. In 2018 he entered RCCI for the first time as an intern, after which he officially joined the RCCI team as a project expert. His work includes a number of international projects on various topics such as digitization, new forms of employment, creative industries, industry 4.0, social entrepreneurship, digital skills, etc. Thus, a dozen projects later, Ayri also took on the leadership role in project management at RCCI as a project manager.
His professional experience includes solid experience in the field of sales, customer service, and telecommunications acquired in leading Bulgarian and international companies.
Radimira Kireva

Radimira has been part of the RCCI team since 2005. She is mainly involved in the development and implementation of European projects under the INTERREG programme and has experience in the implementation of activities in the field of entrepreneurship, labor mobility, business development, regional development, and creative industries.
Participates in the organization and conduct of studies, business analyses, and various types of events - training, conferences, seminars, and investment forums.
She holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the "Angel Kanchev" University of Ruse and a master's degree in Business Planning from the Business Academy "Dimitar A. Tsenov" - Svishtov.
Stela Dionisieva

Stella has been part of the RCCI team since 2006. In the beginning, she was responsible for the relationship with business organizations, communication with clients, and the preparation of various business events.
Participates in the organization and conduct of studies, business analyses, and various types of events - training, conferences, seminars, and investment forums.
She holds a bachelor's degree in Marketing and Management from the University of Economics - Varna and a master's degree in International Cooperation and European Projects from the "Angel Kanchev" University of Ruse.
Irena Ivanova
Expert programmes and projects
After successfully completing an internship at RCCI in 2017, Irena continues her work in the organization as part of the team. The main activity it performs is related to the development and implementation of European projects under the Erasmus+ programme. She has experience with the implementation of projects in the field of corporate social responsibility, sustainable development, entrepreneurship, the shared economy, Industry 4.0, etc.
She holds a master's degree in "European Studies and Public Administration" from the "Angel Kanchev" University of Ruse.
Nikolay Tsolev
Expert programmes and projects
Part of the RCCI team since 2018. Actively involved in the development and implementation of projects under the Erasmus+ and Horizon 2020 programmes, with a focus on digital transformation, non-formal education, civil society, entrepreneurship and new technologies. With many years of experience as a reporter, journalist and political analyst in Ruse and the region, and still a strong interest in the media environment, social networks and political life. Actively contributes to the media and public exposure of RCCI. Bachelor of European Studies at the University of Ruse and Master of Political Science at the University of Veliko Tarnovo.
Lora Dimitrova
Expert programmes and projects
At the beginning of 2023 Laura joins after successfully completing her internship at RTIK. The activity carried out in the Chamber is related to the work on European projects under the Erasmus+ program.
She holds a Cambridge English C1 Advanced certificate and continues her studies in the major "European and Global Studies" at the "Angel Kanchev" University of Ruse.
Desislava Dimitrova
Training organizer
Desislava has been part of the RCCI team since 2012. From then until now, she has gained practical experience in conducting research, organizing events and promotional activities, and implementing and administering projects.
She also has practical experience as a coordinator of European projects, especially in the field of incubating social innovations.
Takes part as a mentor in distance learning activities for high school students and takes a leading role in the organization at the local level during the pan-European initiative European Vocational Skills Week and European Night of Scientists.
Plamena Mladenova
Accountant
Plamena has been a part of RCCI's team since 2008. She deals with current accounting, personnel and TOR, cash accounting, annual accounting closure, and accounting of projects financed by the European Union and Bulgarian programmes.
Participates in committees on inventories and inspections of materially responsible persons. Researches the market situation and specifics in the economic conditions of the market. Performs comparative, SWOT, and other types of analysis. Prepares information and opinions related to the implementation of projects. Participates in working groups on operational programmes funded by the EU.
