TRUD JSC

TRUD JSC is a Ruse-based industrial manufacturer with a history dating back to 1893. Only a few years after its establishment, the company introduced refractory brick production and contributed to the foundations of the refractory industry in Bulgaria.

Its core activity covers the manufacture of dense and insulating fireclay products and materials for industry, energy applications, stoves and fireplaces. These products are used in metallurgy, foundries, furnace construction, cement and lime production, glassmaking, ceramics and the chemical industry.

The company manufactures standard and shaped refractory bricks, acid-resistant products, refractory concrete items, fireclay mortars and graded fireclay aggregates. Its engineering team develops custom products from customer drawings and technical specifications, while raw materials, production processes and finished products undergo laboratory quality control.

Another principal area of activity is the production of clinker pavers, slabs, kerbs and steps for urban spaces and landscape design, together with outdoor barbecues, ovens and dry mixes. Since 2022, the company’s production range has also included profiled steel sheets and metal roofing tiles.
