Event on "Human Resource Management and Innovation in the Work Environment"

Announced by the Ruse Chamber of Commerce and Industry and organized by the Bulgarian-Romanian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BRCIP), a significant event dedicated to the most valuable resource in any company - people - is about to take place. The event will take place on April 25 and 26 from 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. at the BRTPP office, 12-14 Voevodova St., Ruse.

Over the past two years, the team of the Bulgarian-Romanian Palace has been actively researching and developing practical training programs for managers and HR specialists. The aim is to discuss and analyze strategies for success based on the principles of diversity, inclusion and empathy in the workplace. Event topics include:

• Talk about the impact of a relaxed work atmosphere, understanding and acceptance of others in the team on the development of innovation and attracting talent.
• A discussion on the importance of relationships with and between employees.
• Discussing modern concepts such as "diversity," "inclusion," "empathy," "microaffirmations," and "active listening" that are becoming strategies for success in any company.

The event is part of the international initiative "Think Globally, Act Locally", funded by Erasmus+, and aims to promote diversity and inclusion in the workplace. The project involves collaboration with organizations from multiple European countries and seeks to introduce and implement effective talent management strategies, especially following the impact of Covid-19 on the economy.
