• Advanced semiconductor design and manufacturing processes;
• Semiconductor materials and equipment (e.g. wafer fabrication, photomasks, testing, etc.);
• Advanced packaging and integration solutions;
• Software related to semiconductors and applications based on artificial intelligence.
• Emerging technologies, including quantum computing, power electronics, and smart mobility.
