Roundtable: The role of business in the prevention of labor exploitation and human trafficking

The Ruse Chamber of Commerce and Industry shares an invitation from National Commission for Combating Trafficking in Persons (NCCTPH) and Bulgarian Foundation for Business and Human Rights (BFBHR) for participation in a round table on the topic: „"Human Trafficking for Labor Exploitation. The Role of Stakeholders"“.

The event is part of the international project EMBRACE, which aims to empower business communities in the early detection and prevention of cases of labor exploitation, guaranteeing the rights of migrants and promoting ethical practices.

  • When: February 18, 2026.
  • Where: Sofia (for companies outside the capital, an opportunity is provided for online participation via Zoom).
  • Sessions: You can choose between two mirror sessions:
    • Morning: 09:00 – 13:00.
    • Afternoon: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM.

Those wishing to participate must fill out the registration form within 06.02.2026. The registration form lists different dates for different target groups. Business representatives should choose one of two time slots (morning or afternoon). only for the date 18.02.2026.
