Online seminar "Recruiting workers from third countries"„

The Ruse Chamber of Commerce and Industry informs its members and partners that the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) is organizing an online event dedicated to the topic „"Recruitment of workers from third countries"“. The seminar will be held on November 6, 2025 (Thursday) at 3:00 p.m. on the platform Zoom.
The initiative is aimed at enterprises and intermediaries providing temporary employment, as well as to employers, who are interested in hiring employees from countries outside the European Union. The main goal of the event is to present up-to-date information on procedures, deadlines and regulatory requirements, related to this process, as well as to clarify the rights and obligations of employers in the context of Bulgarian and European legislation.
The event is held within the framework of the project „"Informing on the Rules of Posting (IOR)"”, implemented by the BCCI. The project aims to to increase the accessibility, transparency and quality of information on terms and conditions of employment when posting and hiring employees from third countries. In addition, the initiative is aimed at facilitating businesses in implementing European and national requirements, as well as to promote good practices in human resources management in an international context.
