Bulgarian-Indian Business Forum with Bilateral Meetings

The Ruse Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Embassy of the Republic of India in Bulgaria invite you to Bulgarian-Indian Business Forum with Bilateral Meetings, which will take place on June 4, 2025 (Wednesday) from 12:00 to 14:00 in Hall 1 of the Regional Administration – Ruse. The working language of the forum will be English; in the event of complete inability to communicate in English, an interpreter may be provided, but only upon prior request to RCCI.

The event brings together Indian manufacturers and suppliers from various sectors – mechanical engineering, pharmaceuticals, textiles, agriculture, veterinary products, chemistry, etc. – with Bulgarian companies to create new trade partnerships and expand business contacts between the two countries.

	Aditya Impex is an export-oriented trading company established in 2005 in Thane and with the status of “Single Star Export House” (2017). The company consolidates goods for clients in East, Central and Southern Africa. Its range includes pharmaceutical raw materials, APIs, excipients, flavors, laboratory equipment and packaging; engineering goods – machines, pumps, chillers, generators and spare parts; ingredients for the food industry and personal protective equipment. 	TN Sys Meryl Pharma is a pharmaceutical company founded in 1997, known for its brands Amnio Seal and Gamine Forte. Its two plants – in Ujjain (Madhya Pradesh) and Jammu – manufacture innovative obstetrics and gynecology products targeting IUGR, PROM, oligohydramnios and infertility. A portion of the profits are reinvested in clinical and molecular research in medical colleges and hospitals. 	Timo Eva Wellness Private Limited is a veterinary health company founded in 2012 by Dr. Elangovan. The company develops medicines, probiotics, nutritional supplements and vaccines for poultry, pets and farm animals, all tested for efficacy and safety in its own R&D center. Its focus on sustainability follows the UN Goals, and a portion of its profits are directed towards educational CSR projects. Based in India, the company now has a subsidiary in the UK and is expanding its global presence.
	Protec Trading Private Limited (Protec India) is a company founded in 2011 in Thane, Maharashtra, specializing in the trading of specialty chemicals for refineries and the oil and gas sector. The company offers non-metallic octane boosters, lubricity improvers and other additives that increase the octane number of gasoline and reduce production costs. Through technological solutions for gasoline and diesel benchmarking, Protec helps refineries replace expensive components, achieve regulatory specifications and improve profitability.
	Ganesh Textiles is a company with 50 years of experience in the production, processing and trade of cotton, poly-cotton and polyester fabrics. After a leading position in dyed and printed fabrics, the company focused on added value and individual orders, using a wide network of suppliers, modern processes and in-depth technical know-how. Through reverse integration, it guarantees strict quality control for both fabrics and flat and circular knitted products. 	SMP Engineers & Electricals Pvt. Ltd. is a manufacturer of stamped, deep drawn and welded sheet metal parts, plastic injection molded parts and CNC components, founded in 1996. The two IATF 16949 certified plants in Nashik and Hosur (260 employees) are equipped with 25–200 t presses, welding robots, 90–260 t injection molding machines, a CMM laboratory and IoT monitoring. The company designs and manufactures its own tooling and serves automotive, electrical switchgear and pump OEMs such as Gabriel, ZF, Lucas TVS, ABB and Havells, generating a turnover of USD 6.5 million in 2023/24.
	Quaser Pharma Care is a company that supplies injectable dosage forms, surgical consumables and medical equipment to the Government of India, state health departments, NTEP for the elimination of tuberculosis, HLL Lifecare and the private sector. It is currently building its own plant for the production of IVD diagnostic kits, which will enable rapid and affordable detection of diseases through high-tech solutions developed at the R&D center. 	Visaka Industries, founded in 1981 by Dr. G. Vivekanand, is the second largest manufacturer of fiber cement roofing sheets in India and has a turnover of over Rs 1,000 crore. 	Malankara Plantation Ltd.
