The Ruse Chamber of Commerce and Industry (RCCI) and Improvinn organize a full-day training dedicated to the optimization of business processes through the "learning by doing" method. The format combines theoretical knowledge, practical exercises and discussions aimed at improving productivity, communication and efficiency in teams.

The training will be led by Vladi Velikov, an expert with over 16 years of experience in Lean, Six Sigma and Theory of Constraints, who has worked with companies like Siemens, OMV, FESTO, Husqvarna, etc. The program is designed so that participants not only become familiar with the concepts of business optimization, but also apply them in an interactive environment that allows for deep reflection and adaptation to the specific needs of their organization.
