The Ruse Chamber of Commerce and Industry presents information about the Digital Solutions Korea 2024 business mission, which will take place from December 2 to 6, 2024. This event is your portal to innovation in the Republic of Korea.

What is it?

Thanks to Digital Solutions Korea 2024, 50 European small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) will visit the Republic of Korea and start their internationalization in the digital solutions sector. This business mission provides an opportunity for European SMEs to make valuable contacts, present their solutions, build long-term relationships with Korean enterprises and explore new business opportunities.

Target audience

Digital Solutions Korea 2024 represents a promising opportunity for:

  • European SMEs and Korean enterprises dealing with digital solutions, including cloud solutions, artificial intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), next-generation computing, semiconductors, cyber security, augmented reality (XR), robotics, software, media and telecom infrastructure, blockchain, digital health, digital marketing and advertising, fintech.
  • South Korean buyers, distributors and R&D partners in the public and private sectors.
  • South Korean investors.

Business Mission Program

The Seoul business mission will last five days, including three days dedicated to business meetings and networking events, a visit to Softwave 2024 for networking opportunities and a study tour. The program of the business mission is as follows:

  • Day 1: Welcome and networking, briefing session, lectures by guest speakers.
  • Day 2: Business meetings, networking reception.
  • Day 3: Study tour, visit and networking events of Softwave 2024.
  • Day 4: Business meetings.
  • Day 5: Business meetings, debriefing session.

Benefits for EU participants

If selected, each European SME participating in the program will receive:

  • Business meetings: pre-arranged personal meetings with carefully selected South Korean businesses.
  • Market information.
  • Cultural and language support.
  • Financial support for additional customized services co-financed by the project (eg translation, legal advice, stand decoration).
  • Hotel accommodation (Sofitel) for four nights. The total cost of accommodation up to 1000 euros is covered by the program.
