Electrician manufacturing machines

SL Industries Ltd is an established name in the supply of high quality metal components, weldments and assembled systems to the world's leading Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM). In an effort to maintain a high standard of quality and uninterrupted operation of our production equipment, we are looking for an experienced Electrician for production machinery, to join our professional team.

Main Responsibilities:

• Prevention and ongoing electrical maintenance of production machines and equipment, including metalworking machines and supporting units;
• Carrying out basic and emergency repairs of machinery and equipment in order to minimize downtime and ensure optimal productivity;
• Diagnostics and analysis the causes of the damage and taking the corresponding corrective measures;
• Support and service of hydraulic, pneumatic and electronic systems used in production equipment;
• Work with measuring and control devices for monitoring and control of electrical systems in production;
• Record keeping for repairs carried out, spare parts used and maintenance costs.

Requirements:

• Secondary special or higher technical education in the field of electrical engineering, electronics or the like;
• Professional experience in a similar position in the field of maintenance of production equipment;
• Knowledge in the field of hydraulics and pneumatics;
• Skills to work with measurement and control systems;
• Computer literacy, necessary for working with electronic control systems and diagnostic software;
• Excellent teamwork skills, good organization and ability to make quick and adequate decisions when problems arise.
