Bader Bulgaria KD is part of the international BADER group, one of the leading manufacturers of luxury automotive interiors in the world. The company works on projects for automotive manufacturers such as BMW, Audi and others.

In connection with the expansion of its team in Ruse, the company is looking for a candidate for the position of "Quality Controller".

Main Responsibilities

• Production qualification according to applicable requirements and specifications;
• Performing control during the production process;
• Keeping records and maintaining statistics on identified defects;
• Monitoring the compliance of manufactured products with quality requirements;
• Assistance in the timely identification and documentation of non-conformities.

Requirements for candidates

• Completed secondary education;
• Readiness to work in two shifts. Currently, production is organized in one regular shift;
• Teamwork skills;
• Responsibility and attention to detail;
• Ability to meet established requirements and deadlines.

Previous experience in the garment or leather industry is considered an advantage.
