Eberspächer Bulgaria EOOD is part of the German Eberspächer Group, one of the leading international developers and suppliers of systems for the automotive industry.

In connection with the development of its production activities, the company is looking for a motivated candidate for the position of "Mechatronics" at its plant in the city of Ruse.

Main duties

• Ensuring the efficient flow of the production process by maintaining machinery and equipment in good technical condition;
• Performing preventive maintenance and equipment inspections according to a pre-approved schedule;
• Carrying out repair activities and participating in the elimination of accidents;
• Assistance in the installation and commissioning of new equipment;
• Analyzing errors and malfunctions in drive systems with electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic components;
• Working with diagnostic systems and production reports;
• Assessing the extent of damage and determining the necessary repair or replacement of parts and components;
• Informing the immediate supervisor about the need for spare parts and consumables;
• Setting up and commissioning the repaired equipment according to established standards;
• Setting up machine controls and adjusting processing programs;
• Performing test runs and preparing the relevant documentation;
• Carrying out complex repairs, extensions and reconstructions;
• Manufacturing of spare parts and auxiliary equipment according to drawings, sketches, samples or instructions;
• Assistance in dismantling and installing electrical assemblies.

Requirements for candidates

• Secondary technical and/or higher engineering education;
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a similar position, preferably in the automotive industry;
• Knowledge of industrial equipment maintenance methods;
• Skills for working with technical documentation and reading drawings;
• Minimum third qualification group in electrical safety;
• Willingness to work two shifts from Monday to Friday.

Experience with pneumatic systems, electronics and sensors is considered an advantage.
