Customer Service Officer (shifts)

We are looking for a responsible and communicative person for the position of "Customer Service Employee" in our office in Ruse.

MAIN DUTIES:

• Assisting with customer inquiries via phone and email regarding technical issues and difficulties;
• User guidance on using parking payment systems;
• Providing expert assistance to customers located at parking lots;
• Communication with service personnel in parking lots and "Blue Zones", etc.;
• Performing remote diagnostics and resolving problems related to software, hardware and computer networks installed in the parking lots;
• Collecting information about events and recording them in the company's ERP system.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Good computer literacy – working with MS Office (Word, Excel), Gmail and Google Drive;
• Basic network knowledge;
• Ability to work with technical information and find logical solutions to various cases;
• Good organization, punctuality and responsibility in the commitments undertaken;
• Skills for conducting calm communication with clients and colleagues.
