For its Electrical Heaters Business Unit, part of Climate Control Systems Division, the company is looking for a motivated and responsible person to join its Sales team in Ruse, Bulgaria as Key account manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute the BU’s sales strategy with a focus on increasing the sales volumes and the production capacities of low voltage electrical heaters.
  • Build and maintain long-lasting, profitable relationships with key customers with the aim to achieve the set targets in terms of sold quantities, net sales, cash flow, EBIT, etc.
  • Analyse the market trends in the automotive sector and identify potential opportunities for sales of all types of low voltage electrical heaters. Monitor competitors’ activities and adapt the sales strategies accordingly.
  • Conduct negotiations with potential customers all over the Europe targeting conclusion of long-term contracts for delivery of low voltage electrical heaters.
  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing tailor-made solutions that meet their objectives and specific requirements.
  • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner. Resolve any issues and problems faced by the customers, deal with complaints to maintain trust and engagement.
  • Gather, report and communicate customers' feedback on quality, technology and product delivery.
  • Serve as a link of communication between the key customers and the internal operational teams ensuring alignment on goals and expectations.
  • Prepare regular reports of sales progress and sales forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account/sales/financial metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sales, Commerce, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or similar fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Representative or Key Account Manager, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Experience in sales and customer service is a plus.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Aptitude for networking and building long-term partnerships.
  • Excellent time and project management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation capabilities.
  • Valid driving license and readiness for extensive business travel within Europe (30-50% of the time).
  • Advanced command of English is a must; German or French will be an advantage.
