Quality Control Manager

Alpha Consult Bulgaria is looking for an experienced candidate for the position of "Quality Control Manager" in an international production enterprise with well-established traditions.

Duties:

• Leads and supervises the work of a team of 6 to 10 employees;
• According to the quality procedures, organizes and supervises the implementation of incoming control of raw materials and materials, ongoing control of products, as well as final (outbound) control of finished products;
• Supports the efficiency of the production process by implementing operational and preventive quality control of the production in the relevant production units;
• Inspects and tests raw materials at various stages of the manufacturing process as well as finished products for compliance with specifications, company and regulatory standards.

Requirements for applicants:

• Higher engineering education;
• Proficiency in English - written and spoken;
• Document handling skills;
• Excellent computer skills (MS Office);
• Willingness to work in a complex and dynamic work environment;
• Organizational and coordination skills;
• Deadline, planning and forecasting skills;
• Loyalty, confidentiality, emotional stability.
