SL Industries Ltd is an established company specializing in the production of high-quality metal components and complex systems for leading manufacturers in industry, construction and port equipment. In order to expand our team, we are looking for qualified and experienced CNC machine tool programmer, to join our organization.
Main Responsibilities:
- Programming and setup of metalworking machines with digital program control (CPU) according to the technical drawings and specifications of the project;
- Reading and interpreting technical documentation, drawings and schemes to create accurate and precise details;
- Work with CAD/CAM software to create and optimize programs for CNC machines;
- Testing the programs and adjusting machine parameters to achieve optimal results and minimize errors;
- Monitoring and control of the production process in order to comply with quality and efficiency standards;
- Diagnostics and troubleshooting, related to the program or the machine to ensure the continuity of the production process.
Requirements:
- Technical education in the field of mechanical engineering, mechanics or automation;
- Excellent technical documentation reading skills and drawings, as well as the ability to interpret complex schematics;
- Good command of the English language, especially when working with machine setup and programming manuals and programs;
- Previous experience in a similar position related to the programming of CNC machines is considered a significant advantage;
- Skill for independent work and decision making, as well as precision and attention to detail.
