Transis Ltd is a Ruse-based transport and logistics company established in 2003. Its principal activity is the international road transport of full-load and groupage shipments across Europe and the Balkans.

The company provides transport services using its own fleet, which includes commercial vehicles compliant with modern European environmental standards. The vehicles are equipped with GPS systems, enabling shipment tracking and the provision of regular transport-status information.

Its services also cover domestic transport and distribution, freight forwarding and the development of transport solutions tailored to the cargo and the customer’s requirements. Transis operates a logistics warehouse in Ruse providing storage, packing, repacking and dispatch services.

Shipments are covered by carrier’s liability insurance under the CMR Convention. Transis is a member of the National Union of Bulgarian Carriers.
