Dionis - Elena Ltd is a family-owned company established in 2005 in the town of Elena, with its core operations currently based in Ruse, Bulgaria. Since its founding, the company has become a trusted partner in the wine and food processing industries, focusing on the development and supply of laboratory equipment and devices, as well as innovative solutions for the home production of alcoholic beverages.

Thanks to a dedicated and specialized team, Dionis – Elena has expanded its activities into two main departments – technical and technological. In 2012, the company launched a series of unique home brewing kits for wine, rakia, beer, cider, and mead, designed to be used without the need for any additional equipment. These DIY kits quickly gained popularity among enthusiasts of artisan production.

Following global trends, in 2013 the company began partnerships with leading German and French producers of oenological products, allowing it to offer clients premium solutions that combine scientific innovation with centuries-old winemaking traditions. In 2017, Dionis – Elena expanded its catalog by adding more world-renowned brands, and today its products are widely used by both amateur and professional winemakers in Bulgaria and abroad.

Dionis - Elena Ltd is an active participant in industry events. Since 2016, the company has organized the first dedicated home wine competition in Ruse – now a recurring event fostering innovation and best practices. It also participates in international exhibitions, including the prestigious “Vinaria” trade fair in Plovdiv, where it showcases its latest developments in winemaking and oenology to a wide audience of professionals and hobbyists alike.
