Orgachim JSC is one of the largest and most modernly equipped chemical companies in Southeastern Europe, with over 120 years of history in the production of specialized chemicals and coatings. With a strong focus on safety, environmental protection and health, the company develops sustainable solutions for home, construction, industry and automotive repair. Its brands such as “LEKO”, “Spirit” and “Timmer” are well known on the Bulgarian market, offering high-quality paints, varnishes and decorative coatings.
The company is part of the group Policolor – Orgachim, formed after the privatization of Orgachim JSC in 1998 by the Romanian company “Policolor”. Since then, the development of the Bulgarian company has been focused on innovations, optimization of production and expansion of market presence in Southeastern Europe, the Middle East and Russia. The implemented standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 confirm the company's aspiration for quality and responsibility.
The history of Orgachim began in 1901 with the founding of the company "Albert B. Iskovich" in Ruse. Over the decades, the company went through various forms of ownership, economic challenges and industrial transformations - from the initial production of shoe paints to the creation of installations for phthalic anhydride, alkyd resins and water-dispersion paints. Significant stages include nationalization after World War II, intensive industrial development during socialism and market orientation after 1990.
Today Orgachim JSC invests sustainably in new technologies, development activities and marketing initiatives, such as “Color of the Year” and online formats such as “Timmer Wood Masters”. The company offers not only products, but also comprehensive care for the vision and protection of surfaces – from interior and exterior to industrial and specialized applications. Through integrated production and a young team of professionals, Orgachim continues to be the driving force of the chemical industry in the region.
