FINE2WORK project will promote entrepreneurial competences

Ruse Chamber of Commerce and Industry, in cooperation with partners from Cyprus, Latvia and Portugal, is actively working on the FINE2WORK project aimed at promoting entrepreneurship, financial literacy and digital competences. The main activity of the project is the development of training materials for people who want to start their own business or develop an independent activity.

RTIK offers consultations under the grant program for medium-sized enterprises

Medium-sized enterprises affected by the COVID-19 pandemic will have the opportunity to apply for a grant under the Operational Program "Innovation and Competitiveness". The total amount of assistance under the procedure is BGN 200 million, and each project can be worth between BGN 30,000 and BGN 100,000.

Employers and self-insurers from transport and tourism can receive BGN 290 per month to keep their employees employed

Employers and self-insured persons from the "Transport", "Hotel and Restaurant" and "Tourism" sectors, whose income has decreased by no less than 20% for a certain period, will be able to receive compensation in the amount of BGN 290 per month for preservation of the employment of workers and employees. This was decided by the government by approving the terms and conditions for the payment of compensation in the enterprises directly affected by the restrictive measures to combat the coronavirus epidemic.

The Central European Startup Awards (CESA) event aims to connect the businesses and ideas of entrepreneurs from Austria, Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Croatia, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia and Slovenia. The initiative this year is organized by the Bulgarian Startup Association (BESCO).
