Applied Research and Communications Foundation (ARC Fund)

The Applied Research and Communications Foundation (ARC Fund) is a leading independent organization, founded in 1991, working to develop innovation and technological progress in Bulgaria. Its team conducts applied research and analysis, supports public policies, develops capacity through training, and acts as a mediator of knowledge and innovation between science, business, and institutions.

Its emblematic initiatives are the Innovation.bg report and the National Innovation Forum, within which the annual competition "Innovative Enterprise of the Year" is awarded - recognized as a leading national award. In 2025, the fund is also developing the Dialogue "Innovations.bg 2040" - a long-term platform for building a common vision and policies for an innovative Bulgaria.
