Association of Employers in Craft and Small Business of Slovenia (ZDOPS)

Association of Employers in Craft and Small Business of Slovenia (ZDOPS) is a private non-governmental organization established in 1994 with the core mission of representing the interests of small businesses and the craft sector within social dialogue. Through active participation in collective bargaining and negotiations with governmental and sectoral bodies, ZDOPS contributes to enhancing labor legislation, social policies, and the overall business environment for small and medium-sized enterprises in Slovenia.

Recognized as a key social partner, the association provides its members with expert consulting, training, publications, and various services to support human resources management and business processes within SMEs. ZDOPS also takes part in international projects related to vocational training, digitalization, and social innovation, thereby fostering competitiveness and sustainable development in the sector.
