The Ruse Chamber of Commerce and Industry informs its members and partners about an upcoming opportunity to participate in an official business delegation that will accompany The President of the Republic of Bulgaria Rumen Radev during his official visit to Republic of Kazakhstan and Republic of Uzbekistan in the period June 8–12, 2025 The event is organized by the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Executive Agency for the Promotion of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises and provides an excellent opportunity to establish direct business contacts and present projects in priority sectors.

The forums represent an exceptional opportunity to hold direct meetings with key partners, present projects and discuss potential investments in the areas of: pharmaceuticals, ICT, agriculture, energy, transport/logistics, tourism, construction, trade and defenseTheir goal is to promote a favorable investment environment and improve the business climate between Bulgaria and the above-mentioned countries through direct and active business contacts and networking.

Given the above, the Executive Agency for the Promotion of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises formed a business delegation with representatives of Bulgarian companies from the above-mentioned sectors.

The organization of the business delegation's travel, including assistance with accommodation, internal transfers and participation in the business forum, is carried out by BSMEPA, with the assistance of the Presidential Administration and the Bulgarian embassies in the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The trip will take place on a charter flight of the State Aviation Operator, with all costs related to hotel accommodation, internal transport and transfers, insurance and per diems for the seconded persons being borne by the participants.

In view of the limited number of seats on the plane and the previously announced sectors of mutual interest, after the deadline for expressing a desire to participate in the business delegation has passed, a selection will be made and the confirmed representatives of companies will be sent additional information with the financial parameters and a detailed program of the visit.
