Required competencies:

• Knows and uses the necessary applicable international and European standards related to the production of building and mechanical engineering structures;
• Knowledge in the technology of production of welded structures.

Duties:

• Adapts the client's design documentation according to the company's production requirements;
• Develops technological documentation to ensure the production of the products for which he is responsible;
• Clarifies and coordinates with customers necessary changes or current problems with the products for which he is responsible;
• Performs author's supervision of the developed technologies for the products for which he is responsible;
• Knows, monitors and controls compliance with the technological and quality parameters of the manufactured products for which he is responsible;
• Resolves current issues regarding production technology in connection with the implementation of production programs;
• If necessary, develops design documentation for technological equipment for the production of the products for which he is responsible;
• Develops data on the consumption of materials and labor for the products for which he is responsible;
• Develops data on material and labor costs, and product prices upon customer request.

Qualifications:

• Education – higher technical – mechanical engineering, metalworking;
• Computer literacy – Excel, Word, AutoCad, SolidWorks;
• English language – working level (advantage);
• Teamwork skills;
• Professional experience – at least 6 months, as a designer or technologist in the field of mechanical engineering, metalworking or shipbuilding.
