TM-Technology JSC is a leading company with established positions in the field of metalworking and the production of large-scale welded constructions for the machine building, shipbuilding and sustainable energy sectors. Founded in 2003, the company is developing dynamically, having a production base with an area of 87000 sq.m, near the Danube River and with direct access to river, land and railway transport. Its team consists of over 150 qualified specialists, engaged in the production of structures with a unit weight of up to 80 tons.

The company specialises in, but is not limited to, the production of power engine base frames (up to 60 tons per unit), ship stabilizer boxes (up to 51 tons per unit), turbines boxes (up to 20 tons) as well as other shipbuilding and machine building components.

TM-Technology is certified according to EN 1090-1 and -2, EN ISO 3834-2, ISO 9001:2015, EN 15085-2 and DNV GL, which guarantee compliance with international standards in welding and quality control.

The factory has a closed production cycle with the following processes: laser, oxy & plasma cutting (plates up to 300mm thickness) with 3D head for chamfering, shot-blasting, bending (800ton force, 8M length blade), rolling, welding, annealing, machining, grinding, boring, application of primer and painting.

In 2023 the company implemented a new coating line consisting of 4 separate chambers – manual shot blasting, phosphating and degreasing, drying, and combined chamber for painting and drying. Each chamber has a work area of 6Mx24M in accordance with responsible ecological guidance.

TM-Technology`s latest investment is a Gantry type machine VERXA MW175 with an X axis of 17.5 meters and accuracy of 4-15 microns per meter. The equipment is expected to be fully operational in the second half of 2025.
