SET JSC is a Ruse-based joint-stock company whose principal economic activity is the management, leasing and operation of its own real estate. Registered in 1991, the company is located at 1 Hristo Botev Boulevard in Ruse.

The company manages its own property portfolio and physical assets. Its activities focus on the administration, maintenance and provision of these assets for use by businesses and other organisations.

SET’s history is associated with the printed circuit board factory established in Ruse in 1969. The enterprise developed into an established manufacturer of printed circuit boards and electronic products for Bulgarian and European customers.

Manufacturing services in electronics at the same industrial site are now provided and presented online by the related company Steiner Elektronik Ltd. SET JSC should therefore be presented separately, in line with its current specialisation in real estate management.
