Institute of Vegetable Crops (ICP) "Maritsa", Plovdiv is a national research center for scientific, scientific-applied and service activities in the field of selection of vegetable crops and potatoes and the technologies for their cultivation. It is located in the Thracian plain - the largest vegetable-producing region in Bulgaria. It is a scientific unit in the structure of the Agricultural Academy. The achievements of the scientists from IZK "Maritsa" are well known beyond the borders of our country, which makes them sought-after partners in scientific research in the field of vegetable production.
