RTIK – official provider of business and employment training
The Ruse Chamber of Commerce and Industry (RCCI) continues its mission to support local business and professional development in the region. We are proud to announce that we are now approved training provider by Human Resources Development Program 2021-2027, The National Recovery and Resilience Plan and Just Transition Fund.
This status allows us to provide quality and business-oriented training, which will support the improvement of the qualifications of the workforce, the development of entrepreneurial skills and adaptation to the modern labor market.

As part of the approved program, RTIK will provide training in the following key areas:
