Study on the need to strengthen social dialogue in the metallurgical sector
The Ruse Chamber of Commerce and Industry presents to the attention of companies from the region a study organized by Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, regarding the needs for strengthening capacity and mechanisms for social dialogue in the metallurgical sector.
The survey is available online until October 10, 2025, and it takes about 5 minutes to complete.
The data collected will provide a clearer picture of the existing capacity for social dialogue, identify key challenges and gaps, and assess the impact of the European Green Deal and the digital transition on employment. On this basis, recommendations will be developed to improve the quality of employment in the sector.
The results will be summarized in national report, which will present the main trends, point out good practices and help formulate more effective solutions for the benefit of employers, workers and social partners.
The study is being conducted within the framework of a project SoDi – “Supporting the implementation of the European Industrial Deal through enhanced social dialogue in the European metallurgical sector”.
