The Ruse Chamber of Commerce and Industry informs its members, partners and companies with an innovative profile about the second edition of the Innovation & Tech Awards, organized by Enterprise magazine. The initiative recognizes companies and entrepreneurs who develop technological solutions, products and services with a clearly expressed innovative nature, market potential and the opportunity for real impact on business and industry.
The competition offers an opportunity for broader visibility among business, institutional, investment, and academic audiences, while also helping participants establish themselves as active contributors to Bulgaria’s technological development. RCCI is among the initiative’s partners and encourages companies from Ruse and the region to explore the opportunities for participation.

Who Can Participate
The competition is open to companies and entrepreneurs with technological solutions, products, or services that demonstrate innovation, effectiveness, and development potential. Applications will be evaluated by an expert jury in two stages according to predefined criteria, including market potential, degree of innovation, sustainability, and impact on the respective industry.
This approach aims to distinguish not only good ideas, but also solutions with real applicability and the potential for measurable impact.
Competition Categories
Applications for Innovation & Tech Awards 2026 may be submitted in nine categories:
- Best banking and payment technology (FinTech);
- Best technology in the healthcare sector (Health Tech);
- Best software technology and innovation (Software Tech);
- Best manufacturing technology (Manufacture Tech);
- Best technology in e-commerce (E-commerce);
- Best technology and innovation in retail (Retail Tech);
- Best green technology (Green Tech);
- Best agricultural technology (AgriTech);
- Best AI technology and innovation (AI Tech).
The broad scope of the categories allows companies from different sectors to participate, including manufacturing, software, e-commerce, sustainable technologies, agriculture, and artificial intelligence.
Deadlines and Key Stages
The competition schedule includes several consecutive stages for application and evaluation. Early applications were accepted until March 14, 2026. Standard applications will be accepted from March 15 to April 30, 2026, while the late application stage will be open from May 1 to May 14, 2026.
The evaluation of submitted applications is scheduled for the period from May 15 to May 28, 2026.
Award Ceremony
The winners of Innovation & Tech Awards 2026 will be announced during an official ceremony to be held on June 10, 2026, at Inter Expo Center. The event will bring together representatives of the business community, institutions, academia, and investors, and will place a spotlight on the best technological solutions and innovations developed in Bulgaria.
