Milen Dobrev is on the jury of the Career Show Awards 2025 – the leading awards for best employer in Bulgaria
The Executive Director of the Ruse Chamber of Commerce and Industry (RCCI), Milen Dobrev, is among the members of the expert jury of the Career Show Awards 2025 – the national awards that annually recognize the best practices in people management and employer branding in our country. Mr. Dobrev’s presence on the jury for the second consecutive year is a recognition of his long-standing contribution to the development of the business environment and the support of sustainable HR practices, as well as for the active role of RCCI in these processes.
What are Career Show Awards?
Career Show Awards are the leading Bulgarian awards for employer achievements. They recognize innovative, creative and effective strategies for attracting, retaining and developing employees, as well as initiatives in the field of employer branding. The format brings together representatives of business, the HR community and the public sector, who evaluate the best practices according to clear criteria and a transparent procedure.

The jury brings together authoritative experts from leading organizations - among them are names such as Assoc. Prof. Dr. Manyu Moravenov (Bulgarian Stock Exchange), Tsvetan Simeonov (BCCI), Dr. Boyko Takov (BSMEPA), Prof. Lyubomir Stoykov and others. They are also joined by Milen Dobrev - Executive Director of RCCI and Chairman of the Business Innovation Center "Innobridge".
