ID: KA220-ADU-BEC74804

Duration: 1 October, 2024 – 30 September, 2026

The FINMAN+ project aims to enhance financial literacy among young adults (aged 25-30) through interactive, scenario-based training tailored to their needs. It provides an innovative methodology for adult educators to design personalized training programs, supported by collaboration among partners from seven European countries.

Key activities include the compilation of best practices, expert-led webinars, international workshops for educators, and the development of a digital financial literacy assessment tool. Training materials will address the specific needs of participants and incorporate various realistic scenarios.

Expected outcomes include enhanced competencies for adult educators, improved financial literacy among young adults, and the creation of a digital platform for training. The project also seeks to increase social awareness and bridge economic disparities through educational initiatives.

The project will conclude with Financial Literacy Awareness Days and multiple dissemination events, targeting diverse communities and prioritizing vulnerable groups.
