Issuе references and certificates with company data (in Bulgarian or а foreign language)
A reference (recommendation) is issued to companies that, on the date of its issuance, are regular members of RCCI. The reference also contains data declared outside of the data entered in the RCCI Register. References are issued in Bulgarian and in a foreign language. A reference (recommendation) is issued on the basis of a letter of request from the company - a member of the Chamber. The letter declares the data to be included in the document, as well as its purpose (to whom it will serve and for what purpose).
Certificates with data from the Unified Trade Register, in Bulgarian and a foreign language, are issued to certify the status of Bulgarian traders. The documents are used for legitimization before foreign partners, embassies, customs, banks, when registering companies or commercial representations abroad, for participation in international tenders, contests, projects, etc. It includes company data such as:
– name
– BULSTAT
- tax registration
- activity
– activities for business contacts
– authorized capital
– persons with representative rights;
In order to issue a certificate, the company submits an application signed by the representative, with the registration in the Unified Commercial Register of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and a copy of a court certificate of current status attached to it.
