Milen Dobrev again on the jury of the prestigious Career Show Awards 2025

The Ruse Chamber of Commerce and Industry is proud to announce that its Executive Director Milen Dobrev has been invited as a member of the jury for the second consecutive year. Career Show Awards 2025 – the national awards for the best employer in Bulgaria. His participation in this authoritative jury is another recognition of both his many years of professional experience and the active role of RTIK in supporting good practices in human resources management and sustainable business development.

The Career Show Awards recognize leading companies and innovative HR initiatives by focusing on people in organizations – their needs, development and engagement. For the seventh consecutive year, the competition brings together candidates from all sectors of the economy, competing in over 80 different categories. These include “Best Employer”, “Best Engagement Strategy”, “Employer Branding”, “Talent Development”, “Company Culture”, “Social Responsibility”, as well as numerous awards related to innovations in people management.

Mr. Milen Dobrev's participation in the jury is not accidental. With his long-standing experience in supporting business and promoting entrepreneurship in Ruse and the region, he plays a key role in the development of partnerships between institutions, educational structures and employers. As the head of the Ruse Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Mr. Dobrev is the driver of a number of innovative projects, including training, international partnerships and initiatives to improve the qualification and competitiveness of the workforce. His participation in the Career Show Awards gives additional value to the evaluation process by bringing a regional, strategic and practically applicable view of human capital.
