Youth Job Fair brought together students and top 10 employers in Ruse

On June 18, 2026, the lobby of the iconic Profit Building in Ruse turned into a lively space for career development and sharing opportunities. A Youth Job Fair was held there under the title "Talents, Professions, Future". The event was jointly organized by the Business Innovation Center "Innobridge" and the Municipality of Ruse, with the active partnership and support of the Ruse Chamber of Commerce and Industry (RCCI). The initiative is part of the activities under Project No. BG‑RRP‑1.008‑0008 "Construction of an International Youth Center - Ruse" and aims to meet young people in the region with real prospects for work, internships and professional growth.

Students from seven Ruse schools participated in the exchange:

• PGPT "Atanas Burov"„
• PGMT "Yuri Gagarin"„
• MG "Baba Tonka"„
• PGEE "Apostol Arnaudov"„
• "Elias Canetti" PSU

as well as students from Ruse University "Angel Kanchev"„. The young people actively talked with employers, asked questions, and sought information about internships, first jobs, and development opportunities in various professional fields.

Leading companies and institutions presented career opportunities during the the youth labor exchange

The event was attended by 14 employers and institutions, who presented their activities, vacant positions, internship programs and development prospects:

• Bader Bulgaria – manufacturer of leather interiors for luxury cars, part of the German Bader group with over 150 years of history.
• NRJ Soft – a national leader in intelligent security, automation and control solutions, with a team of over 120 engineers.
• Bulmarket Group JSC – one of the largest holding structures in Bulgaria, uniting over 20 companies in logistics, energy and biofuels.
• Orange Education Ltd. – a leading organization in international youth exchange and education abroad.
• GG Cables and Wires Ltd. – part of the Austrian GG Group, a manufacturer of high-tech cables for the automotive industry.
• Alpha Consult Bulgaria Ltd – licensed HR agency for recruitment and human resources management.
• WITTE Automotive Bulgaria – a leading manufacturer of mechatronic locking systems for the automotive industry.
• Smetka BG – an established accounting firm with over 15 years of experience.
• University Hospital "Medica Ruse"„ – a modern university hospital and a leading medical center in the region.
• Labor Bureau Directorate – Ruse – an institution that supports employment and career guidance.
• Angel Kanchev University of Ruse – a leading educational and scientific center with over 10,000 students.
• Ruse Chamber of Commerce and Industry – the oldest and largest business organization in the region.
• Momentum Lab Association„ – an organization supporting youth entrepreneurship and social innovation.
• Ruse Municipality – presented opportunities for student and youth internships in its directorates and administrative units.

RTIK's digital club at the center of youth interest

A special highlight during the exhibition was the stand of the Ruse Chamber of Commerce and Industry, which attracted dozens of interested visitors. The Chamber team actively presented its activities, with emphasis also placed on The Digital Club, presenting the opportunities for free training and upgrading the digital skills of young people. The attendees were presented with the practical courses and modern qualification programs that the Digital Club develops to support the smooth and successful transition of young people from education to the real business environment.
