A Bulgarian delegation examines the possibilities for sustainable business in China

In continuation of our delegation in Ningbo City, after visiting the newly opened International Conference and Exhibition Center, we proceeded to Longguan Township, Haishu District. The journey took us to the wonderful Longguan Biodiversity and Sustainability Park – a demonstration park that is indicative of good practices in the field of biodiversity and sustainable business.

The park is a real example of sustainable development, combining innovative technologies with sustainable practices in natural resource management. The whole concept of the park supports the idea of a balance between industrialization and nature conservation, which is the basis of modern approaches to sustainable business.

During our visit to the park, we had the opportunity to have a preliminary conversation with representatives of the sector of photovoltaic systems, storage batteries, generators and related control technologies. China is a world leader in this sector and is considering the possibilities of entering the European market. Bulgaria is one of the possible investment destinations.

This sector of photovoltaic systems and energy storage is important for the sustainable development of the future. China is one of the world leaders in the development of these technologies, which are of particular importance in achieving the European Union's climate change goals.

The partnership with representatives of this promising sector in China represents an important opportunity for Bulgaria. It would provide new opportunities for investment, technological transfer and strengthening of Bulgarian-Chinese trade relations. This is one of the best ways to achieve sustainable development and meet our climate change goals.

In this endeavor, the Bulgarian delegation, organized by the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and under the leadership of Mr. Milen Dobrev, Executive Director of the Ruse Chamber of Commerce and Industry, continues to explore opportunities for cooperation and expansion of Bulgarian-Chinese trade relations.

We continue to strive to strengthen these relations and create new opportunities for cooperation that will support the growth and sustainability of the Bulgarian economy.
