New program to support women's entrepreneurship in Bulgaria - Apply now!
The Ruse Chamber of Commerce and Industry is proud to present the new initiative of the FAME Foundation - a growth program specially created for women entrepreneurs!
Together with its leading strategic partner EY Bulgaria and with the assistance of Karol financial group, the FAME Foundation launched its pilot project. This program aims to support talented female entrepreneurs and the next generation of women in family businesses who are ready to take a leadership role in their enterprises.
What is the program?
The program is open to applications from growing companies led by women or next generation women in family businesses. A key requirement is that companies already have a validated product or service on the market, as well as demonstrate potential for growth locally and internationally. Suitable candidates are enterprises from all sectors of the economy, based in Bulgaria and with a minimum income of BGN 100 thousand for the past year 2023.
Main objectives of the program:
- Reaching all regions of Bulgaria
- Stimulating businesses outside the capital region
- Support for strategic thinking and setting ambitious goals
- Taking business to the next level
What does the program include?
The program provides hands-on trainings led by key experts in various fields, with a focus on building a sustainable mindset and a concrete growth strategy. Modules are included for refining the business model, financial management, building corporate culture and leadership skills, as well as raising capital.

Language and duration:
The program will be held in Bulgarian and will last three months, from the beginning of March to the end of May 2024.
How to apply?
Applications are accepted until February 15, 2024. online. The desire of the organizers is to select up to ten participants after a precise selection and conducted interviews.
